1. Dude is afraid to pass 1/2 the time and tucks after 1 read.
2. When he does he routinely misses wide open receivers.
3. Or gets it deflected(sometimes off a helmet)
I’ll give him this, he does get out of slippery situations with his legs, but he is very one-dimensional and as a result and won’t beat you with his arm.

Almost a bigger weakness than Baker

His feet are his biggest strength and weakness

His biggest weakness is that he didn’t start practicing till August.
Thats the truth. He doesn’t have the feel for the game.
Jayden didn’t have it till around the bama game and from that point on he played like a super hero.
Burrow showed flashes but didn’t really become Burrow until UCF.
Let’s give it some time.
Make it through AM next week and we got 4 games against weaker opponents to get better.

Constantly throwing off his back foot isn’t exactly great

O-line had him running for dear life…

His wind up in his throwing motion. If we are talking technical.
I think he will be fine. Your eyes need to see this. He overthrew most of the first half probably because he was so jacked

You think at Kentucky will be a win? They dominated A @ M physically at College Station. Look how weak our OL and - after tonight - our DL.
Can we get stronger and tougher before that game?

Lose one in September. Hope not to lose one in October. Lose one in November. Host a playoff game and anything can happen!

Literally everything besides running.
He’s fricking horrible

This is a repeat of this board after 2022 FSU game. Daniels was afraid to throw downfield and trusted his feet more than his arm.

After the tech game and this one, I wonder why he is making all that money. His productivity doesn’t equal the pay.

Herbie said it best, his footwork is not in sync with his arm. Good thing is it is fixable with good coaching
Posted on 9/19/26 at 11:05 pm to Celery
The boy cannot throw with the consistency required by a SEC contending team. That is not a 5 million dollar arm.

Doesn't read the field when he has time. Doesn't see wide open receivers. Want to run first half the time. Handoffs look like slow motion. Long ball needs work.

he's a RB
He would make an excellent RB. He’s not fit for QB at this level. He’s in over his head.
