I would guess the 90 minute clock could be shortened to 60 minutes, that seems like plenty of time for warmups. But who knows

bullshite! We did it all the time in highschool. Sat through quite a few games in Tiger stadium in pouring down rain and lightning popping all around us. But that was way before football became all pussyfied.
