Defense will be fine. Chambliss looked like Drew Brees in the first half and then came back to earth

I agree that the team will improve. But, Sam is who he is.

If Sam can’t figure out how to slow down his mental clock then we need to play someone who can. Multiple easy plays drawn up tonight that he straight up missed.

He gets too amped up. He's a warrior yes, but the game has to slow down for him. If he sets his feet in this game, he connects on many passes downfield including several TDs.

I saw a lot of incredible plays by Sam that we have not had since JD5. He will be better in most other venues, especially in Tiger Stadium. Dude is a baller but just needs to clean up some things.

With his current decision making and accuracy, he shouldn’t get the opportunity to play after this weekend. He’s being paid too much for what he is. Give Clark a shot,

I’m not sure that the accuracy under pressure can be coached. It’s raw talent. Albeit both Burrow and Daniels had a learning curve.

Hope you’re right. Sam looks like a six month old Labrador Retriever right now, high-level agility, well-trained, and aware of what the outcome should look like, but he’s overcome with distractions from bright shiny objects, and can’t keep from cutting back flips long enough to get the job done.
