First of all, great win yesterday. One of only a few SEC teams so far to represent the conference this bowl/playoff season.

Nuss and Lagway could both be in NY, barring injury, in December 2025.

How is Florida trending any more in the right direction than LSU looked like they were against Ole Miss, Arkansas, and the first half against A&M? Two good games in an overall mediocre season isn’t a trend.

I'm a Gator and therefore, very few here will take my reply seriously. I think Florida "appears" to be trending in the right direction due to the fact that after the A&M game it was a foregone conclusion that Napier was a dead man walking in Gainesville and it was just a matter of when, not if, he was gonna get canned. Then despite a slew of injuries to many starters, the players rallied behind the head coach. Obviously didn't win every game, but the on field effort and intensity was there. Add in DJ Lagway becoming the full time starter at QB, his hype coming out of high school, and guys like Saban on College Gameday praising Napier and the players for not folding after a disastrous start to the season, and here we are. Recruits appear to be noticing too.

props to gator fans for acting like they been there and not rush the field

It's never happened in the Swamp, baw
Weather Channel's Paul Goodloe having a hard standing being 6'4", 250lbs, yet his glasses don't move an inch, and right as they went to a commercial break, some woman just walked by walking completely normal.
Dr Knabb on Weather Channel -

"New Orleans already experiencing well over 60 mph gusts!"

Monitor behind him showing "up to 40 mph gusts in N.O".

Picking up where we left off last night I see. Atrocious at bats and out of control pitching. That’s it. I’m done.

Play by play says he got second due to "fielder's indifference." WTF does that mean?

Stolen base in which the defensive team doesn't contest it by trying to throw the player out.

Don't let facts get in the way of a great argument!

LOL. Don't be scared now, baby.
Georgia? LOL

Let's don't forget about FSU.
After all those national titles? That would certainly be shameful since the entire country who is serious about college football would give their nuts to have that dynasty over the past 13 years.

I mean, if we are truly looking at this objectively as opposed to one win tonight...

I would take Miller and Burney over the 2 LBs you named. Miller missed a game and both of those guys have more tackles than Perkins/Baskerville. I guess we'll see in 6 days.

I’d still give them the advantage at QB but everything else we’re in better shape roster wise.

RB, OL, LB? Was that a serious statement?
First and foremost, I'm a Gator. I'm also a fan of both SEC and college football in general.

From an outsider looking in, this hire just never 'felt right' for you guys. Starting from the awkward, fake southern accent at the basketball game to the recruiting dance video(s), BK just wasn't what I imagined at LSU. It felt the same as when my Gators hired Jim McElwain from Colorado State years ago....just a "weird fit" so to speak that was never going to be a long term solution.
You're not beating Florida with this team in the Swamp under the lights, fellas.
