How is Arch Manning this bad?

This kid royally sucks. Can't check to hots, can't read simple blitzes, runs himself into sacks, can't go through progressions, he's just a net liability out there. All those Manning camps, his genes, his uncles, grandpa etc and the only thing he can do is a fake a handoff. But then after that he has no ability to go over the top or hit a Y route. He is the Todd Marinovich of present day. That actually might be an insult to Marinovich.
