Why has Nuss not said anything yet?

Would be nice to know if our starting qb is coming back next year.

He seems old school and one of the few QBs left that stick around. Maybe he feels he doesn’t have to announce he’s staying at a school.
People questioned his integrity when he decided to redshirt instead of playing against Kansas St. Had he done so we’d be up shots creek without a paddle right now.

He doesnt want to create hysteria. When anything is announced it should be a form yes or no. Don’t want any information leaking

I suspect he is in contact with the coaching staff about his future plans.
While you might want to know them, the reality is it doesn't matter if you, I, any other fan is kept in the loop.

Calm down he’s likely coming back. Why else would AA announce his return and we would be in the lead for 2 of the best WRs in the portal?

Could be waiting on grade from NFL? Don’t they usually advise players where they can expect to be drafted?

Why is he required to announce anything? Since when does a player have to announce he is staying? If nothing changes there is nothing to announce. Some of you people act so entitled.

Yes that usually comes in late December from draft advisory board

You are, perhaps, not aware that Nuss could've redshirted the following season as he barely played behind Daniels. So he actually sat out that game for no reason.

so Nuss should have played in January 2022 knowing he was never going to see the field in the fall of 2022? was daniels even a thought here yet? BK had been here all of what, 3 weeks?

I was one of them BTW. I understand your point that he would be a TR SR now if he hadn't RSed and thus could NOT come back next year. HOWEVER, Doctor Who told me that IF Nussmeier was entering the 2024 season as a TR SR and not coming back in 2025, the QB recruiting might have been completely different. If you change one event in a timeline, you have to be prepared to theorize about other events that might have been. Bottom line: LSU would have paddles.

It is a huge decision that will massively impact the team lol. That is the reason for the interest.

That’s definitely part of the process. The coaching staff already knows what he’s doing. We’ll find out soon enough. CBK taking care of bidness.
