The visit ended at Supper Club dinner. Leavitt and his parents, other recruits and coaches were there as well as Whit. Lane comes in a little late but meanwhile Mr & Ms Leavitt are reading the breaking Demond Williams news on Twitter and Mr Leavitt lost his shite. He started yelling “frick this shite! Lane’s a fricking liar” and they dip out early.

So, I don’t think it’s so much that we even moved on. Dad jumped to conclusions bc of social media. I think Leavitt is still in play with the news of Demond staying put.
I honestly didn't think we'd be in on paying #1 safety money when we have Cooley and Spears in place.
Back in my day we just needed 11. Kids these days are soft.

If that's the case then why are the vast majority of college students who have parents that make >$100k/yr taking on mounds of debt for a college degree? Shouldn't their parents have socked it away in a 529 all these years to cover it?

His issue was he wanted to start right away over incumbents Will Campbell & Emery Jones
Man I know nothing about the individual players but I hope our side is doing a deep dive on all the Michigan OL that have portal’d
Awesome work you’re doing. Automatic X follow from methaneman
I'm gonna say Lou Tepper, but it was at the D2 Level. Led 3 or 4 of his teams to the national playoff in D2. He was the worst LSU Coordinator I recall in my lifetime. Wasn't hard to outperform his 3 years here.

Yep, this is the why. His issues are way beyond football. Hope he can get things figured out for himself.
In my son’s HS wrestling career we’d usually get 10 or so football players come out for wrestling outside of the football players that grew up wrestling also. At most 10% would stick with it. They mentally couldn’t withstand the grueling practices and conditioning. Gotta be a tough SOB with a screw loose to have the chest.
Leverage, positioning, body awareness and maybe most important of all…HAND FIGHTING. There’s not an O Line coach that can teach hand fighting to the level that you learn in wrestling. OL, DL, and LBs especially should wrestle. Throw in a WR and a DB who usually run track instead and I’ll show you a guy that can release (WR) and clamp (DB) better than the field. More skill guys should give it a go.

Also the most unironic thing ever
Bc to him (and us) LSU is God level. He's making the correct decision

Each pouch has a breakable flavor capsule inside extending the flavor wave

Brother...gotta try the apple cider. You might name a kid apple cider after the first pouch. Also, espresso is my #1

Who else is on this level?

Watching game, pounding nicotine pouches (Lucy Breakers, the GOAT in the pouch game), drinking Buffalo Trace and I'm ready to believe nearly everything I'm reading pro Lane on the CC Board
He’s not leaving his job to take a 50% pay cut to coach for the cheap arse Mara family. Enough said.
With all these funds being directed to pay the players now, the HC salaries and massive buyout clauses should at least show some correction. I’m convinced coach’s pay was a function of not having to pay the players. Just had to pay the sideline talent. That has changed.
