Jokes aside, I agree. Couldn't bet on Robinson being ready for a DC position in the SEC. Which sucks because he's a hell of a recruiter.
We have to temper some of that aggie coaches' recruiting success with the fact that those commits also were paid very well to go there.

Well.. they were promised to be paid well anyway. Whether or not they actually RECEIVED said pay is still up for debate.
I don’t think Aggie land is as loaded as they make themselves out to be.
Everything is bigger in Texas, especially the bullshite.

Exactly. Do they have wealthy alumni? You bet they do. Are those alumni willing to shell out everything just on winning in football? Like most power 5 schools, they have some that are but most are not. I’m not saying they don’t have money. They do. It’s just not as tied up specific in football as a lot of Aggie fans want you to believe it is.

Bussey is special. He has willed his team to the state championship game. Timpson’s 2nd & 3rd best players have been out. 1 for most of the season and the 2nd for the playoffs and he keeps getting it done against some really good teams.

I’m somewhat surprised USC is still in it even with the hiring of Lynn. With everything he’s been through I figured he would like to go somewhere that is close to home. Elko already hired a new CB coach so I’m guessing Rushing is gone.
