Best true PGs we’ve had tend to be great passers and great defenders.
Quarterman was damn near a walking triple double but we wanted to be a scorer and didn’t like Ben Simmons.
Skylar Mays was one of the best. Cool, calm collected and had his games where he knew he had to score and had so many clutch moments. I’d look for a guy like that. Great length, solid defender and passer but can get to the rim and be physical.

Didnt see an 247/on3 profile for him, assume this is one of those "non paid" end of bench guys

So where does that leave the roster? I'm really confused by where we actually are.

Saw some random tweet that says he takes pride in rebounding and defense. So probably a prospect you hope you can get for cheap and retain a year or two while he develops.

I don't see Jonathan's family on wiki. Old enough to be his dad I guess.

You never know. Dude may end up being a stud. Pretty cool that Wade's staff found this guy. Shows that they're leaving no stone unturned.

Watching lefties shoot a basketball always weirds me out. Short circuits my brain or something. And there have been some elite lefties in the NBA, Harden and Bosh and Chris Mullins.

Looks like he may have been a more highly-regarded prospect heading into ‘25. Maybe he hasn’t developed as expected. Hopefully a late bloomer à la Tyrus Thomas.

Jonathan Bender never played college basketball, he went from Picayune High School to the NBA.

Weird there's no recruiting profiles or real highlights.

If he can develop into more than just practice squad/mop-up duty, I'd be happy. We need bench depth too though.

He is the basketball version of Chad Powers.

Don’t ask. I got attacked and downvoted to oblivion for asking essentially the same question
