I like how you separated the type of player base between offense and defense. Interesting concept.
Also, who’s the serial down voter on this page??
Apparently, there were 6 people that didn't realize it was a joke. I am sure he is going to have multiple sets that he wants to run out in any given situation and based on the needs of that game.
But more than likely some never Wade guys.

I just assumed it was referencing better defensive players versus better offensive players

A little bit. There is definitely some versatility to the roster but there does seem to be heavy offensive and heavy defensive players.

arent we going to need a couple more guys even if everyone is eligible that committed.
I thought the same. And the likely scenario is 1 or 2 don't get eligibility. We definitely need some more bodies, right?

I really don't think you need more than 10, but thats just for practice purposes, most good team lean on 7/8 it seems. I think we're set if all eligible but taking early enrollees would be nice, with all the transfer stuff 1/2 early enrollees that can possibly sit and develop would be ideal imo, difficult but ideal

Chat GPT of LA or tigersbb
I don't hide behind anonymous down voting like some of you chicken shite people. If I have an opinion I will state it.
Also unlike some of you assholes I support whomever is the current LSU coach and want them all to be successful, unlike the pieces of shite like you who just lie in the weeds and spew negativity at every opportunity.

Things may change once we see them at practice or scrimmages in Wade’s system but going off of what I’ve seen from the players up until now my starting 5 would be
G- Bashir
G- Ugo
F- Niang
F- Dioubate
C- Dessert
*not considering Luis or Madar for now

Do you have Ugo at point?
Bashir is definitely a 2. Ugo seems more like a combo guard to me.
I can't wait to see dessert. He looks like the real deal.

Dessert, Ruzik, Santos and Niang are all the real deal. Dessert and Ruzik can protect the rim and they all can jump out of the gym.

I've watched about half of highlights, and we have a lot of players that can shoot the three.

I think you go the multiple ball handler route like we did with Mays and Smart. I agree Bashir maybe best at the 2 but if you watch him prior to last year when he played PG he was scoring more and lighting teams up like he did vs Dylan Harper and Ace Bailey to the tune of 38 points all by himself at Monmouth. I agree with you on Ugo too, he’s very athletic but a bit rigid for a PG. I think we’d be fine using both of them to initiate the offense.

What a shock, you’ve changed the claim again.

This post just made me feel like this gif was necessary...

Kevin Sweeney is reporting that LSU has given up on getting Yam Madar eligible. It's also being reported that his pro team in Israel is offering a big contract to keep him there.
If true, Will Wade is going to have to pivot to another scoring guard quickly. Would likely be international, since there's not much left in the portal for what we need.

That's a bummer. Was really hoping Madar would make it to campus.
