A certain someone just landed in Chicago.

Just looked her up. She’s actually cute. Moves well for her size. She’s probably going to be really good down the road but maybe we get lucky and she’s ready

You got me to look but I’m not seeing anything that looks like O’Hare.

It’s because her post is on her Instagram story. You can view the story on her profile pic.

I thought she might be arriving this week because today is orientation day for international students at LSU.

As of a few days ago it looked like she wasn’t going to make it to campus this year . Things must have came together quickly for her to make it to B.R.

Since she vacationed in Turkey in July it seems like this might have been her target date all along.

Great news! We got a bunch of bigs now. She really moves well inside the paint, can shoot mid-range and occasional 3's, hustles quickly down the court. Good vision, good passer, good with pick n roll, physical in the paint. Avg 11.2 pts on 50.8%, 9.6 rebs, 2.3 asts past 2 seasons--but recent games avg 15.1 pts, 13.7 rebs, avg 30 min. Look forward watching her play this season.

I’m guessing we will have a 4 big rotation with Koval, n morro, Knox, and Minaeva
Guard play is gonna be crowded with 6 capable players (fulwiley, z johnson, j Williams, m Williams, Reynolds, and Lampley
Will mulkey play 10 players in a tight game is the question?

She and Bradley are the same age, albeit in different classes. I imagine both will grow another inch in the next year, so we may be looking at TWO 6'6" post player for next season.

Pretty incredible job by Kim and her staff to find this young player in Russia, secure her commitment, and then jump through all of the complicated hoops to get her to the LSU campus. We'll probably never know exactly how difficult that process was, but Mulkey and staff pulled it off! Also big kudos to Kim for finding a solution for the remaining bigs needed (other than Knox and Koval) when funds became tight at the end for U.S. transfer and prep bigs. She and her new staff did something really smart- they scoured the international market, identified the players needed, and worked very hard to make it happen.
With Minaeva and Morro they got better players- more skilled, polished, experienced and accomplished on a professional level, and thus more ready to help LSU right away- than they would have with any of the U.S. prospects. They both will contribute right away to give this team a legitimate shot of winning it all. I see the biggest transition to high-level U.S. women's college basketball, especially the SEC, being the speed of the game and speed of opposing players. However, these two are athletic and run well so I see them making the transition pretty smoothly.

Hallelujah. I think she can contribute right away. We have the post depth that we need and some versatility.
Revised forecast: likely Elite Eight. Uphill climb but a shot at the Final Four.
