I guess you weren't following on the CCB when he had all this lock down, "inside" info. The guy has no credibility at this point. But it's an open forum so he can posts what he wants as long as admin's allow it.

I’d be much more pissed if this was a CB. We landed the top 2 safeties in last years class (Ryan & Davis) plus Langlois. We have Ward, Burns and Toles and we picked up 2 others in the portal (Brooks & Foucha).

Let him go sit 10 deep on the aggy depth chart. If he wants to get paid, redshirt and transfer to LSU next year, I’m perfectly fine with that.

Besides, stealing Harold Perkins from them was a much bigger grab.

2) I am dumbfounded by people saying that it was a good decision not to match. There is literally no downside to matching and taking an elite player into your class. It's not your money. There's no salary cap. If this story is true (and i would bet a LOT that it isn't. Why tf would a coach just turn down an elite player?), then this was a terrible move.
