The LSU football program generates tens of millions of dollars every year.
It's legitimately insane to me that people STILL think that NIL money is coming from the athletic department. The tens of millions of dollars generated by LSU football is totally separate from NIL m...
This is just a recipe for disaster team chemistry wise
Of all the dumb reasons people find to oppose letting players get paid, this has to be the dumbest. Why is team chemistry not a problem in the NFL?...
If we had nothing, they would be willing to make more lucrative offers
I don't think people realize how bad and how thin our current defensive interior really is. Obviously it's not *literally* "nothing"--there are players on roster--but it is as close to nothing as you will ever...

Jacobian Guillory Shone Washington Dominick McKinley Jalen Lee De'Myrion Johnson Gio Paez

You listed 1 SEC caliber starter now.
And it's a lower-level starter, too. And we only have 2 guys who are even SEC-caliber rotational players. ...
We do still have people on the roster, including incoming freshmen. We'll all survive.
The thing is... if we don't add some pieces, we actually WONT be okay. Right now, our DT depth resembles that of a bad G5 team. We currently have zero guys who project as average SEC star...
LSU raised over 7 million nil goal for 2024
I’m not sure whether you’re saying that they raised more than $7m total or that they raised $7m *more than their goal*, but if it’s the former, we are simply not even in the ballpark with programs like texas and ohio state - the big dogs ...
I viewed Thomas as an upgrade in the return game after swinging and missing with Aaron Anderson. Not so much as a guy who would unseat Hilton as a starter.
Sure - but I can’t imagine he’d have transferred here just to be a return specialist. Maybe he’s really just a competitive a...
100% chance that this video is posturing by his agent. The "play for clicks" thing is strategic - they want to make this about deion and take the spotlight off of mcclain. They know that jabbing at deion will get attention and are hoping that will allow mcclain's red flags to recede into the ba...
How is it even possible for this kid to be thinking about reclassifying?! I swear to god he's taken/is taking more recruiting trips than any recruit i can ever remember following - i don't know how he can even stay eligible, let alone get ahead. To be clear, I'm all for kids enjoying the proces...

If this is indeed the case, I am extremely confused by their management of the WR room (and the roster generally). Entering this offseason, we had a pretty good idea that Lacy and Hilton would be solid starters. Prior to spring practice, we didn't necessarily know if they'd be true difference makers...
Tulane has a few NIL bullets to shoot. They mostly aimed at keeping Jenkins it appears.
Unless you’re saying that jenkins wasn’t actually the guy they’d been expecting all along, this directly contradicts shea’s intel from today....
64.8 PFF grade, which is slightly below Patrick Jenkins at 65.0 FWIW
PFF grade is a little iffy for certain positions - DT being one of them. With the way PFF does its grading (each play is assigned a grade of -2, -1, 0, 1, or 2, with 0 supposed to be the "default", which are then ...
Lane probably convinced him he'd be used the same way Judkins was - which is for sure not happening.
I don't think that's an unreasonable promise at all. Ole miss split carries plenty with Judkins. He accounted for 45% of Ole miss's total rushing attempts in 2022 and 51% in 2023....
Why did he transfer?
If I had to guess, I'd guess that its either one or a combination of a few different (but related) things. The main factor--the thing that everything else ties back to--is this: The staff (rightfully, in my opinion) really really likes Kaleb Jackson. T...
Do we get them all and convert 1 to LB?
Why would we do this when we could just recruit a LB? Just because devin white was a RB once upon a time doesn't mean it's a good team-building strategy to recruit RBs to play LB. If you're a mid- or lower-tier P5 team for whom bluechi...
Konner Griffin is supposedly a Dylan Crews type talent.
As compared to HS Dylan Crews, Konnor Griffin is actually a better prospect--or maybe more accurately is considered a better prospect--than Crews was. However, Crews fell victim to the lack of scouting opportunity wit...
With Wiltfong moving over to on3, I feel like 247 is just going to follow on3's lead on rankings to some degree.
I don't think Wiltfong has anything to do with ratings/rankings/scouting. There are many people at 247 who do both scouting and reporting but I think Wiltfong covered ...
NIL sucks for the fans but it will also wash out a player that is not in it for the sport.
The vast, vast majority of people are "in it for the money" at their jobs, and yet they don't "wash out". ...
30%+ from 3
Did you type this right? Clearing 30% from 3 just means that you don’t suck arse at shooting...
