No I didn’t. This was my last OC topic on the coaching changes board.

lmfao i dont give a shite about your "last OC topic" - I am talking about the other ones where you said we had our guy and it was a young guy, that turned out to be totally wrong. How do you explain those? And how do you explain saying that lincoln riley had literally signed a contract to coach at LSU? Give me a goddamn break, dude.

Here are your exact words regarding lincoln riley: "Lock it up. It's a done deal. Lincoln Riley will become the next LSU HC. It's not an almost, it's done."

Some of you people are the most gullible people on planet earth and will believe anything that lets you buy into the reality you want regarding LSU football.

I promise you that if this board was polled PRIOR to mathews commitment--would you rather we match a&m's offer if the money can be found--it would've been at LEAST 98% 'yes'. Now you guys are all saying it was 'no'. Absolute clown world.

I never said we had a young guy locked up ever. Lol.

Provide me a link where I have said something about Kelly hiring a young guy and it being done.

I said I was wrong. How many times do you want me to say it? But it’s also not like I wasn’t the only one. It’s not like everyone in the Media was saying Kelly, and I was saying Riley.

Does it make you feel better to keep saying the same thing over and over.
You keyboard warriors that come on here to just try to call me out or bash me are ironic.

Walker Howard just told Mikie Mahtook, big time donors said "Lincoln Riley was a done deal".

Here you are giving this guy major shite for being wrong. The true insiders were wrong as well. Try not to be such a bitch.

Whether we were willing to outbid for him or not, the narrative here is what is important.

These bidding contests have been taking place for many years, but in the end, there has to be some loyalty and want to be where you are, regardless of the financial matters

I am confident that LSU has a plan and will put themselves in a good position to succeed. That plan will not include having more available funds than some of our rivals.

Alabama has not been winning because of paying more. No details provided, but many of the high profile LSU/Bama recruiting battles are settled by equal offers.

Truly just a matter of where the kid wants to be, which is a requirement for me to remain vested following this sport with the enthusiasm I once had.

Is that really true? He over slept during his visit and missed part of the day?

The missed 56 days of school is interesting.

I looked up how many days are in a high school year for Louisiana and its 177. If he missed 56 that is much more concerning than any of the other stuff. I dont even know how you could get away with that. Definitely seems like some entitlement issues if it is true.

I wouldn’t say that. When I posted those statements they were a good bit ahead of the dates.

It’s funny when I’m right it’s “telegraphed” or it was easy to guess.

But if if I’m wrong I’m terrible, and should be banned. Interesting…

I can’t make a prediction?

That post was me making an prediction and sharing it. Is that not what this board is for?

I didn’t claim to have any sources on if any recruit was coming to LSU around signing day. Everyone knows recruiting is not the same anymore.

That’s like random “calling” the cam Cameron hire

No offense or anything, it’s just we know 05 is the real sauce these days

I'll tell you one thing, A&M needed Perkins more than we needed Mathews.

LB may be A&M's weakest defensive position group by far relative to our safety group actually being pretty solid.

you realized Perkins flipped when we offered more, right?

Not sure what we paid for Perkins but this is the new "eval" and our coach made a great call.
