This x 1000. His engagement and comfortability level with our staff and players seemed levels above all the other visits.
Side note I think it’s extremely corny Texas flashes expensive superstars to recruits on visits as a recruiting tactic. Seems like you’d attract the wrong kinds of players like that.

Ding ding ding. Someone else has figured these drama queen recruits out. All this LSU repping is actually giving me less confidence with Brewster. He is being too open about all this. Most recruits that are actually considering committing to a certain school likes to keep it hush hush until commitment day.

According to some of the scouting services he's a comp to UGAs Jalen Carter. In other words, the kid is a game wrecker type player that is worth the money. We'll see, but sure seems like he may be worth breaking the bank.

No. Jalen Brewster played for Joey McGuire at Cedar Hill and has known him since middle school. They have a very strong relationship between McGuire and Brewsters family. Also an LLC in Jalen Brewster's name bought property in Lubbock within the last 6 months and his parents are rumored to be moving there with him.. I highly doubt he is trolling
He's also been adamant about building his own legacy with a school as opposed to just joining an established one. I would be shocked if he decommitted at this point but if any school could pull it off its LSU
He looks like a special player, He did have offseason shoulder surgery so hopefully that wasn't anything more than necessary and he stays healthy.

This is a good test of the recruiting services inside info. If you believe them, he will not be going to Texas Tech.
