I will say this. Now that we are a few years into NIL, this will start to happen to a lot of teams. Internal bickering with some players making too much and some making too little.
Yup, and honestly 30 million is not alot to go around for 100 kids. There will be a market correction of sorts soon where you don’t see all these big deals, it will just take these boosters getting tired of throwing money at a school and not winning.
Personally congress needs to step in also and make all these “donations” non tax deductible, that would kill funding from alot of these billionaires that’s throwing money around like it’s nothing and force a market correction

Under the current CFB system and the players being considered “student athletes “ it’s more likely you see people get ahold of contracts then leak them or they’re leaked on purpose as part of some shady plan.

It's not really going to all 105 kids. The back 20, that was previously filled by walk-ons, is essentially just scholarshipped walk-ons now. They aren't getting rev share.

All I can say is through all the LK/OM stuff is I’m glad they won a few more games which kept Golding there and we ended up with Baker. I was not a fan of the possibility that Golding may follow LK.

100% agree, and I'm surprised this hasn't caused more locker room issues but the numbers haven't been getting totally ridiculous until recently (Bryce Underwood seemed to be the real start of it). How is it remotely fair that a guy is getting a LOT more on potential than guys who have been putting their butts on the line for year(s) at a place and may end up having a much better career.
I knew I should have invested in a company making football lockers because I think there may be a lot of them needing replacing due to them being dented by frustrated players who don't agree with the pay scale.

Not yet, he’s begging his LSU mole to leak ours to run the story.

wouldn't trust Pete Golding to run a hamburger stand.
Ole Miss hiring Pete Golding is the equivalent to Michigan hiring Sharone Moore. A rushed hire to steady the sinking ship but will turn into a complete dumpster fire

LSU'S NIL is a Fortune 500 company. Ole Miss is a food truck with Venmo.

I read somewhere that a generational shift has happened in regards to salaries being revealed. Older generations would never share how much they make with coworkers. Companies encouraged this so that it can prevent disgruntled employees (my company still has it in their contracts).
Gen Z does not care about that and openly discusses and compares salary. Today’s current college players are all Gen Z. I can see this happening to every team.

He's not much of an NFL prospect, so this is probably his last chance to get paid!
