Not sure how you figured that. I used the class calculator and it doesn’t move us that high. Does that thing actually work?
This class is being weighed down, and will be weighed down, due to taking a kicker and long snapper already. That's not a knock on either of those guys, because those are two incredibly important positions on a football team.
But if you look at it without those two guys, that would put you at an average of about 91.79, which is a pretty good number.

No hats on the table. No press conference. I love this kid already.

That guy will win some games for us. He's a very good punter and kicker.

Honestly if you want to be fair with a recruiting score, the specialty positions should be handled differently from the other recruits.
Not that it really matters but typically schools will only take a K or P or LS once every few years but if 2 are needed in one class then it will throw off the rating.

Ratings are what they are and are created to get people to click. Games are won by the men on the field.

Yeah. It looks like Stingley puts us at 10 as of today. Not sure what happened, but we're curently 15. I thought Banks got us up to 10. I guess we got jumped by some teams.

Do you think the coaches already know the decision? No "Hold that Tiger" from O.

O won't ever say anything until the kid does

Yes but I responded to the guy that said his commitment would bring us to #4 or 5.
Only getting him and Sopsher would do that right now.

Other teams got recent commitments I guess, as of last week he would have bumped us to #5 per 247. Still getting into the top 10 with multiple spots open is on par with what LSU usually does around this time of year.

He's tweeted Hold That Tiger before the kid announces. This happens all the time. He tweets hold that tiger and then everyone rushes to this board to try and figure out who it could be. Most of the time the kid announces very soon thereafter. But there was one that sticks out in my mind that came out right after Camron Jackson was offered that was never explained.

If he did that and we didn’t have any other commitments, don’t you think even this fan base would put 2 and 2 together? He’s going to let the kid have his moment. Schools have lost kids for leaking stuff like this. Want to take that risk?

So many factors which impact final team rating. Clemson was in teh title hunt the last three years and their classes over the previous five years were good but not great. Of course Deshawn WAtson made a big difference but they had good quality not always monster classes. Its till so early in this year's ratings and as along as they fill needs and have balance the results will begin toshow on the field.
