plus the direct tv signal hasn't gone out once in the middle of a fricking hurricane

we sometimes have problems right before a storm and in the beginning, but it usually deals with it

LC is getting some serious cloud cover but no rain yet. i think we're going to get douched in a few hours

Because people are morons. There were "official staying behind threads" and "official frick a generator threads" because I'm not a pussy. Just idiotic behavior.

Did anyone from S Plaq parish say anything like that? Did anyone say ignoring a mandatory evacuation was the proper step?

I realize that, by why even need to point it at this point except to create more drama? The current storm is still here.

Why? I was abused by most of the douche bags on the board for the better part of 2 days because of what I said. I'll exercise my right to throw that shite back in their face.

That latest model has it going with STRONG STRONG wind over Evangeline Parish.

And my daddy said that he had nothing to worry about when I called to check on him. Hated to tell him that I got my info from an LSU message board BUT he was so sure that KLFY was going to be right. The IDIOT who on I think SATURDAY night said that there was a 99% chance that NOTHING would happen in BR.

sorry .. that met should be fired.

Simmer down.

Not everybody is poorly prepared. Some houses in south Plaquemines are 12 ft. From the ground and 15 ft. above sea level.

WWL just showed video of a rescue in Braithwaite; the evacuee said the water was up to the second floor of her house, and they're describing it as "just like Katrina."

I think you read that wrong and think I mean EVERYONE.

Next time I'll single out the idiots in trailers, old homes next to a levee, people that think they're indestructible, etc. etc.
