Holy crap i just realized that I should put in my insurance claim for a water main break at a storage unit that destroyed a bunch of my stuff. USAA is going to be slammed.

well people with kids just had them dumped on them b/c the schools closed today (still don't get why) so today is going to be short-handed. i KNOW they're nto going tomorrow. i think we only have a few appointments and i cna work from home anyway

Liability and considering they still don't know what it's going to do and how far west it will be. They said by 1, it'll speed up. Can you imagine if it moved west and kids were in school how much of a clusterfrick that would be with so many of these people completely freaking out?
