OK, I'm done with Terminix, suggestions on who to switch to.

I need a recommendation of a local termite company that covers formosan termite protection. Thanks

Terminix is the only company that will warranty actual repairs to your house if damage is incurred.
Goodluck finding that with a local company.
Orkin will not do it. I know, I read their contract.

Curious with the problems you have.
I have Terminix and the guy that comes out for the inspections is as thorough as can be. Always a heads up call a few days before he shows up and willing to reschedule at our convenience.

They will all find a reason to not pay. Just get the treatment done every 5-10 years and forget about it.

They pushed my 7-year treatment back 3.5 months. I'm guessing that's why you want to switch?

Hilbun Pest Control out of Livingston does my house. Great customer service and they warranty any damage/repairs to your house if it occurs.

River City Pest Control is who we use.
They all have outs in their contracts if you do get termite damage.

I quit using them when they came for my yearly inspection and the guy stood in our sunroom and talked to my husband about politics. While my husband did not mind the conversation, he had taken off of work and they did nothing.
We use bug Ninja, when they came they put in new bait stations and told us ours had not been redone in at least fifteen years.
As far as Formosan, I don't know anyone who covers them.
