Got a ton here in NE Hou burbs. Last few mornings been a little cooler and low humidity so wondering if some will leave.

finally got a good bunch at my house. so far i seen 4. my 4 year old is loving it.

using 4 cups water 1 cup sugar for their food

I am in BR and they really started swarming Monday. Highest count so far was 10-12.

I usually have at least 40-50 by now in Central. So far I have four...I'm so sad!

I'm north of BR also, and nothing. I have 3males guarding feeders, but that's it. Im pretty sure they are my permanent resident birds, none from migration yet.

A lone bird guarding a second feeder.


Still not as many as last year...yet.

I'm off WAX road in the Greystone CC area and they have emptied two feeders in last 4 days under my patio.

Video from this morning around 10 AM. Most I have seen so far this fall migration. Used 1/2 gallon of juice a day Fri-Sun. Total sugar consumed since August 1st is 25-30 lbs. I have 5 feeders.

I have mine spaced out so the inevitable dickhead male won’t run everyone else off. But when they are thick like that it won’t matter
