Is there anything out there on the market about the size of a regular damn pill that's easier to swallow?

I'm with you, but no way to get adequate amount of EPA & DHA in pill size of a D3. Deal with the swallow or don't seek associated benefits.

You could look into krill. Packed with omega-3 and smaller in size.

I've looked at them, but recently my doctor told me to look at the product label and if the Omega-3 DHA and EPA doesn't equal up to at least 800mg, you are not getting any benefit from it and all you are doing is pissing away your money. From what I've seen, krill oil has very low doses in each of these areas.

Carlson's Liquid Fish Oil

This looks promising. I'm going to try it. Thanks!

No problem. It doesn't taste bad at all; has a lemon flavor to it. Though it is oily feeling.

I got some smaller ones from Walgreens for my son who has trouble swallowing

They’re finest nutrition brand - take two a day

Not the tiniest but they aren’t those really big ones that are out there

I toss the fish oil capsule, D3, B12, senior multi vitamin, small low dose aspirin, and chondrotin all in at once, swig and swallow. I’ve never had an issue with that technique.

GNC sells a mini version of their fish oil pills. You could always just up your intake of fish and quit taking the pills.

Are Omega-3s worth it? I’ve heard both answers

EPA and DHA have some very good benefits for blood clot prevention (stoke and heart attack), inflammation reduction, etc. If you want to get more info then check out Peter Attia's Podcast "The Drive" episode 83 with Bill Harris. It's a ton of research based discussion.

So what brand of pill (don't about size) is the best?

Carlson's probably has the best variety of dosages and they are relativity cheap compared to some other ones.
