Why am I so fatigued and have this feeling of brain fog?

Did a wellness exam last week because I’ve been feeling really fatigued for awhile and I can’t seem to shake this feeling of brain fog. I’m almost 35, 5’9, 160 lbs. Lift weights 4-5 days per week and do 10-20 minutes of HIIT 3-4 days per week. Also outside pushing a lawnmower and slinging a weed eater every Saturday morning so I’d say I’m pretty active.
Doc said my blood work (cholesterol & thyroid) came back phenomenal. Thought for sure I’d have low T, but my total T is 937 and my free T is 27.3.
Even though I work from home, my job is highly stressful and mentally exhausting every single day. I also have two kids that are ages 4 and 1. Is it possible that maybe life is just grinding me down and it isn’t anything medical? Can anyone else relate?

I think the last paragraph answered your question, and yes, I can definitely relate

Get a sleep study done.
Zactly my first thought, until read last para.
Still, get the sleep study. Was life changer for me, after recognizing your description all too well.

That’ll do it my man.

Haven’t thought about the sleep study. I wear my Apple Watch to sleep and it doesn’t seem like I’m having problems. But it probably isn’t nearly in depth as an actual sleep study.

Have sleep study and thyroid levels checked.. I have both sleep apnea and hypothyroidism and let me tell you, I went through about 5 years of dead tired hell.. Im talking on a good day I felt like I hadn't slept in 2 days.. I functioned on copious caffeine and not knowing just how bad I felt til I got both of those fixed.

Yes. 3 and 2 yo boys who are plotting to kill me. And same re: my profession despite my best efforts over 21 years to reduce the BS.

This could definitely do it. Are you experiencing any other potential depressive symptoms outside of brain fog/fatigue?
As others said, sleep study could be worth it to make sure you don’t have apnea.
Might also we worth it to get some of your levels checked. Low B12, Vitamin D, Iron can all cause brain fog when low.

What’s your DHEA levels? May try supplementing some of that to help reset yourself while you sleep. It’s part of my TRT routine.
I have a 1&2 year old (11 months apart) and work part of the financial markets. So yea the stress is real. I personally noticed a difference when supplementing this.

We live in a banana republic with a failing economy where people like us (I assume) are stigmatized now and probably will be hunted later
At least you have kids so you have purpose in life. Stop complaining, some of us can’t even get gfs

Here's your sign.

Found the problem.
While it seemed stupid at the time, I'm more thankful everyday that my wife and I had our kids in our early 20's.

What does your diet typically look like? Eating like junk does a lot to cause brain fog
