What Program are You Going Back to After Gyms Re-Open?

I haven’t worked out at all since the beginning of March. Thinking about going back to GSLP, but I really enjoyed 5/3/1 BBB.
I’m leaning 5/3/1 BBB starting at 30% on the 10x to ease back into it.

BBB. Was making so much strength progress before the shutdown.

No need just go keto

I don’t really gain much strength on keto, more so just plateau, so I’d rather focus on a clean diet vs one that restricts carbs. I fast everyday M-F as is, so my thoughts on it are simply that as soon as I start lifting and playing basketball regularly again I’ll get rid of the coronavirus weight in a month or so. I was 190 before and at 200 so it’s not a drastic increase, but now I’m setting a goal of 180 just to push past settling.

I’m doing a modified P90X right now as I don’t have any weights.
When I can get back in the gym I’ll move back to some sort of heavy lifting program with sprinting / interval training as cardio.
I love P90x but I need some weight in my life ASAP.

It looks like somebody takes 10 minute breaks while posting to IG

I’m currently doing 5/3/1 BBB. It’s been okay. It’s my first submaximal program, so I’m hoping to see unexpected progression over the 3 month period.
Greyskull felt like it was building more strength and muscle, but it was kicking my arse doing 2 heavy compound lifts each workout. Squatting twice a week was ruining me as well.
The 5/3/1 method is leaving me with more energy for other exercises and general energy levels for the rest of the day. Which is good.

I know some will disagree, but I agree with you on GSLP. I think it is the absolute best program for some to learn strength progression on, but I feel like someone who really hones in on their diet and training will outgrow the program somewhat. After about 4 months, the 3 heavy lower lifts per week were a bit much on my body combined with an 8-9 wk deload schedule.
To that end, BBB has been a great combination of volume, frequency, and intensity and I feel fresher with the more frequent deloads.

Hopefully going back to my 3x week bench program. I was making good progress on my bench finally and it sucks that I had to stop. I'm hoping I get my strength back after a couple weeks.

Ran a 6 month 531 BBB template prior to all this virus nonsense. Planning on running 4-day Texas Method or Building the Monolith.
Anyone have some idea of what a ~2 month layoff will do to strength? I figured I'd cut about 20% of my last work weights and build back up but that may be too much or too little once I actually get under the bar.

I'm most likely going to GSLP but I've been doing Body by Rings and I love it. Its a lot of fun and my upper body looks like it's in the best shape of my life right now. I feel stronger too but it'll be hard to tell until I get under a bar. Only problem is you can't do legs on the rings.
I had just gotten motivated enough to control my diet and start daily fasted walking right before all this started and I've been sticking to it so its hard to say if my progress is mostly due to the BBR program or my improved nutrition.

So greyskull actually does agree and it's why they either have people do the following
Move to a reverse pyramid style and if needed, drop squats to once a week with the last set being 20 rep Widowmaker
Or
Move to the power building methods, usually rest pause
If one is cutting, a simple program using 2 set rpt for the main lifts is usually recommended for those that are past the initial level. Can be in the lci format or more like ripped to shreds is laid out.
Gladiator books are more about becoming better overall but is meant to be run with a minimum of maintenance calories.
To answer OP, I won't be in a gym but I am without my home gym right now while I build a new house, so about another year as we are just starting dirt work. I only have rings, my kbs, weighted vest, and my powerblocks.
Just gonna run a 6 day a week program I designed that is similar to the dual factor theory program I posted. Then prolly body by rings for a while.
