I found an owner of a gym about a month ago that has been letting me use it.

I'm using John Meadow's Gamma Bomb program with high volume feeder workouts every night before bed.

I’ve wondered if John’s programs are worth the price of admission. His videos and general personality are awesome, I’d love to support him but those programs are pricy.

They are very good programs, but imo over priced. Easy for me to say that though since I have them all.

If I can find the forum I got mine from, I'll link it. I'm enjoying Gamma Bomb. I've always lifted for sports, and this is my first true hypertrophy based program. It's working.

Yea I love John's programming and for bodybuilding or aesthetics, he has some of the best programming philosophies that have ever been created.

I have every single thing he has ever put out including all the older programs that aren't available anymore, all of the private forum info etc

Him and Scott Stevenson along with Dante trudal are the smartest guys in the industry, but his programs are a damn steep price for what they are.

Anyone looking for them books 1-27

Yes sir wish safe

Push, pull legs , push, pull

I have lost a lot of strength for sure but will just feel nice to finally get some lifts in.

My CF gym does Ben Smith's Blueprint training, which I was doing 4-7 days / week. Haven't done a CF workout at the gym since March 16th, but will be going back to that whenever gyms here reopen. My CNS is nervous thinking about the return.

My gym is going to open but not the racquetball courts. I play racquetball, I told them to let me sign a waiver but I don't think they will. So F'it.

They’re good. I find they force to work out with a high level of intensity. I wouldn’t pay for them , though. I think he still has an app thats a cheaper alternative.

I’m doing a mix of two programs. I’m following strength protocol of 531 for my main strength lifts, but my accessory lifts follow Brian Alsruhe’s protocol using giant sets.
