I'm looking at upgrading. The Rep AB 3000 has caught my eye. Any of you have one?

I think the next bench I'm getting is going to be that rep 3000 fid bench. It's got the best bang for buck and reviews are glowing for it. Right now I have an exmark fid bench I bought used that does a great job just the pad is kind of slick. I also have a old high school flat/incline that I just keep out in the car port for accessory work instead of moving stuff back and forth.

Rep AB-3100. Bought it back when Rep originally releases them and it's a fantastic bench. Don't see me ever having to replace it

Big fan of my Rep bench (though I have the FB-5000 with the wide pad and not an adjustable one)

I have the Rogue AB-3. It’s built like a tank. I like it bc of the sit-up attachment and you can do decline bench with it.

Garage gym reviews YouTube channel has review videos on pretty much any bench out there and compares them. I highly recommend.

i have an older elitefts collegiete. I would suggest rogue, rep, straydog or the new getrx bench.

Rep benches are tough to beat right now for the price. I have the AB-3000 and have no complaints. Also have a bolt-together rogue flat bench that I really like.

REP AB-5000. I've been happy with it so far.

I've been using the Rogue AB 3.0 for the past few months and couldn't be happier. It's built like a tank and has zero movement.

Yep. Construction is sound. No issues whatsoever.

I went ahead and ordered the Rep AB-3000 last night. I've been using a cheapo I bought from Amazon so this is going to be a nice upgrade.

Bells of Steel FID. It’s a year old and has held up well so far. They may not be the best option in the US, but in Canada (we don’t have REP or Titan, and rogue is $$$) they are great for the price.

I have the AB 3000. I like it. The arse part is a little wide but its a great quality bench. No regrets.

Bump...

My cheap-o bench is wobbly as hell already and it's time to upgrade.

Is this the bench everyone is referring to in this thread? If I'm not doing decline bench, is there any point in getting this one? I kinda dislike having those foam leg attachments.

yep but any of the rep benches will be nice. since you are in tx look at getrxd too and compare the price when shipped( i know rep has "free" shipping). also compare to rogue, elitefts, straydog as they are all very good. or look for used commercial bench.

I have the Rep AB-5200 and it is really heavy. I did not think I would mind but moving it all over my garage in the middle of a hard workout definitely gets old. I would jump on the AB-4100 if I didn’t have the 5200 already

This is the one and it's solid. You have to assemble the casters, seats, and the foam rollers so you could always leave them off. For the money, though, this one is pretty damn good.
