And I don’t mean trail mix and shite like that. I mean premade things for the fella who grazes. For instance I love those legendary protein pastries that are like pop tarts. Protein cereals etc. Love protein bars. What about things like that, anything y’all are eating that I should try?

I’ve been making my own beef jerky.

I like the Ratio protein yogurt pretty well when I want something sweet. 25g protein and 170 calories I think.

Epic bars (beef, pork, chicken, bison meat bars) are my favorite. Whole Milk Greek yogurt is another favorite. Whisps cheese.

This.
If processed food doesn’t bother you, Quest makes some good snacks that are super high in protein and low in sugar. Peanut butter cups are delicious.

Cottage cheese is a favorite of mine. Little bit of salt and pepper. Smoothies with whey powder, berries, and whole milk. Greek yogurt with no fake sugar. Nuts.

The legendary pop tart has 20g of protein compared to the actual pop tart which sucks protein from your body like a succubus

Ok I just looked them up and yes, those do have a good protein to calorie ratio
My general rule for high protein ratio is add a 0 to the protein and if it is more than the calories, then it is a high protein food
20g protein to 180 cal is a good ratio

bsn vanilla protein crisps few different flavors, all or pretty decent but the vanilla specifically are very tasty

Tried these for the first time last week and very disappointed. They taste like greasy salt.

Can of yellow fin tuna has 29g of protein. Throw in some spices and grab some triscuits.

Usually opt for Greek Yogurt as well

Non fat yogurt. 17g of protein per 170g of yogurt. Mix some whey in there too for more protein or just more yogurt.
