Any thoughts or suggestions from guys that have had similar experiences?

I use a wellness clinic for my TRT and my T was 363 before I started, I’m 55.
Saw my regular GP DR last week and asked what they do with TRT. He said they require 2 T tests under 300 to put anyone on TRT which is nonsense.
You’ll probably have to go the wellness clinic as well.

Gotta find a doc willing to treat the symptoms and not just the levels

Funny enough, some good results on an extensive blood work panel I recently bought upset me as well. I was hoping to find some silver bullet to help with the same symptoms you are dealing with. Checked in with my direct primary care physician and we ordered a stool test to check for parasites, inflammation, and the contents of my microbiome. I do have GI issues often so hoping we find something there. Could be worth a try for you as well.

i mean your total test is on the low end but at least for right now start taking 12mg of boron every morning and get tested again in 6-8 weeks adn see if you cant get the free test up and the shgb down
start eating right and start lifting
or find a better doctor that will treat symptoms not just test levels.

This was me back in April. I was at 409 total and 48 free. Had most of the typical symptoms. I went to one of the online clinics, got on test, and haven't looked back. Energy, confidence, libido are all riding high.

Because your doctor is a risk averse idiot. Your free T being in the low normal range means nothing if your free T was 750 before you started having kids, etc. Just look at the range. You can be at 1x (250) or nearly 4x (1100) and be considered normal. Is there any other commonly measured bio marker that can have that variability? If that was acceptable in blood pressure or heart rate, the human race would be dead in a decade or shorter.

Got my total test results yesterday, 9/2. It was 458 which may be slightly above average for my age, 74 in 3 weeks.
My doc says if I was feeling tired or didn’t have much energy that he could get me on a TRT plan if I wanted it. I declined but will keep an eye on my lab results next year.
