Pre-workout Must Haves

So, I put together my own pre-workout. I know caffeine, bcaa, beta alanine. What else do you guys throw in there?

Might as well mix some creatine in there.

I started using BCAAs in my preworkout when I would do fasted cardio in the am. Im not sure they really do anything in other situations, but when the allmax blue raspberry flavor hits my tastebuds I know it’s about to be going down so I keep using it. I also mix it with 6.4g bALA and creatine.

BA doesn’t really work, do eaa instead of bcaa next time. Use creatine.
But what are you looking for? Just pump or performance??

I like making my own cause I can control the caffeine. I’d like the performance aspect more than the pump but I don’t mind a pump.

Also, I’m pretty muscular already. I want to get cut not jacked. Still recommend creatine?

I recommend creatine to everyone. If you about to do a beach trip you can drop it about 2 weeks out, other than that still recommend. Tons of mental, health and performance benefits.
I’ll list some other things this weekend, about to wrap up lifting and going to bed

Any recommendations on how to take EAAs? That by far is the worst tasting stuff I have EVER had.

I want the top of my ears and back of my neck to itch.

Mix it with something strong. I used to use orange juice but it still isn't good

Yeah I want my face to itch like the old school N-O Explode used to
Now I have to settle for my hands and arms to tingle when I drink it

Load up on some Beta Alanine. When I put in extra, I get the itches.

On the subject is there a current pre-made brand people recommend? Occasionally I need something extra but not every time.

That’s from the BA, doesn’t do shite but will give you that feeling
Posted on 10/8/22 at 6:59 am to lsu777
So now I use BCAAs, Caffeine, Beta Alanine, L-Citrulline Malate and Beta Anhydrous.
How should I change this up? EAA instead of BCAA. Drop the BA and maybe use creatine. What else?

Is there a brand or type you recommend? I actually "eat" my protein powder in overnight oats so I was wondering if I could add a small scoop of creatine to it as well.
