how much is that horse shite? i dont know. if we are going to be completely honest with each other, probably everything we are all listing doesnt have significant effects other than creatine and caffeine. Citrulline being probably 3rd in that middle ground land.

Thanks. I’ve been on a cut and making good results. Trying to stay away from creatine. I don’t want to get bulkier.
