Are you running with your phone? My favorite thing about my watch is leaving my phone at home. Those first few runs with the watch were awesome.

3.5 miles at an 8:25/mile pace.
Feel great out there. Got turned around on my RunGo app this AM and ended up taking the scenic route.

Hopped in a Turkey Trot Thurs just as a fit test, as I haven’t been too consistent with training after the BDB105 bike race last month. Finished the 5K in 20:28, my slowest in years, but a good gauge of fitness. Will start plan for one of the La. Marathon races next week.

For basic running and biking functions, the Garmin Forerunner 45 has been wonderful. You can get them pretty cheap too.

It was too cold to run outside, so I did 5 easy on the treadmill. I wanted to do 8, but I would’ve puhpoo’d in muh pantz if I would have kept running

Finally settling back into running after a year and a half sidelined with back injuries. Second full week back at it, 4.5 @ 9:45. Most importantly, no pain.

I've got a big 10 miles at marathon pace tomorrow. I need this one something fierce so I can get back in a rhythm.
