How many miles did it peak at?

My guess is I won't run on Wednesday. Maybe a walk around the neighborhood. However, my plan has been consistent with only one dedicated rest day (Monday's) and one optional day (rotates Wed and Fri).
I typically take the optional rest day unless I just need to get out of the house. The easy days are at RPE of 3-4 or 4-5, so they aren't intensive at all.

Weird day for me. Calves have been tight all day. Not sure why. Anyway, 3.5 miles into my normal 7 miles, not one, but BOTH of my feet go numb. Loosen both laces and go again. Get to mile 4.25 and they both go numb again. Loosen them even further. Try to finish my run, but only make it 5.5 before it happens again.
I have a ton of miles on these shoes and never had this problem before. Day off tomorrow. Will take a break and massage and ice and see what happens. Hoping it’s a one off.

Gentlemen, today we give thanks. Thanks for the roadside construction site porta potty. We’ve all been there. The lost land with no haven in sight and all of a sudden a literal and metaphorical pot of gold on the horizon. And look, it’s unlocked! My shirt is saved from sure destruction. Bless up.

Seems like you’re doing a swell job of sealing your fate in the book of life this weekend. May your fast be easy. Shalom.
I laid a big turd, wheezing on the track this morning, but there’s reason to believe I have much to worry. I think allergies played a factor and just in case, I plugged in the weather into the calculator. In spite of it being a balmy 63 and 93 percent humidity, ole calculon said I was good for about 15-20 secs faster.
I am trash at the 5K and lower distances. I think that’s where I see the years of smoking affect me the most.
Edit: fate; I’m not fricking French, Siri.

Been there. When you find one of those glorious blue plastic waste shacks after mentally preparing to sacrifice an article of clothing, you feel like there is a guardian angel looking out for you.
Started the morning with the intent to run 12, ended up running 13.1 because the weather was so nice and I was cruising at an 8:40 pace. Now it's time to shower, eat and Hold That Tiger!

My weekly track/speed workouts are making me better and are really helping my form & running economy.
I have 12 × 400 this week to finish off a three week cycle which included 6×800 & 3×1600.
They are all pretty fast for me in the 8:00-8:20 range based on my 7:55/mile 5k fitness test.
He is programming my plan using the concept of cumulative fatigue and my long runs will max out at 16 miles or 2:40:00.
He felt comfortable with me not skipping/shorting midweek runs so this will work as he addresses my weaknesses using different types of runs while increasing my weekly mileage.

Wanna race? I'm 40 miles behind you for the year. November and December could be dicey for me though.

Boise half on 10/25 just cancelled.
1st event of year will be White River full.
Glad I have my coach to program around it but I'll be as ready as possible.

Absolutely wonderful outside this afternoon. I’m glad I was lazy at 4:30 this morning when my alarm went off.

I miss the instant sweat as soon as I stepped outside. It lubed my upper thighs up real nice.
