No Fap 2024 - distillation of best strategies

Mates I’m truly crushing every single diet health and fitness goal that I set for myself as 2024 Resolutions. All but one.

The more I lift, the better I eat, the more I date and hook up, the more I want to beat it like a monkey.

It’s up to at least once a day, usually twice or more. Even when I’m likely to get laid the next night I can’t stop beating it. I’m 45 heckn years old - grateful that I still have the juice in a way, but wanting to save and channel that essence more and apply it to other aspects of life.

I know we’ve had epic threads and I will read through them but I wonder if anyone would be a good lad and share effective strategies that actually have worked?

I’m open to anything - health arguments, financial arguments, punishments for failing, apps you download, rewards for making it 48 hours. Anything.

I’m confused. Why do you want to stop? It’s not stopping your performance. Is it interfering with life activities?









You could always become an expert at Yoga and suck your own dick. I bet you’d stop beating off then.

Because I like the masculine energy and intensity that having a full load brings with it. I’ve had way better success abstaining the the past, but for some reason I just can’t stop lately.

Dude, no kidding. I spend just 5 seconds on a non-sexual fitness reel with a girl in it and my algorithm just releases the flood gates. It’s pretty ridiculous.

Here I was thinking the family man version of Zuckerberg must have implemented some controls on that or something, because my IG feed does not serve up thots anymore.
