Cauliflower rice. I've eaten some Asian seasoned chicken, gumbo, and beef tips using it. You can tell a difference, but when eating like this it's not very noticeable. Not sure I would want to have it like white rice with butter or something, but overall it's good.

I like the miracle noodles. Way better than say zoodles
I ordered some keto chocolate chip cookies from amazon that are prob the best keto sweets I have found. Brand is Good Dee's. I stay compliant without batting an eye, but sweets are always my downfall. These could be a game changer

I made these a while back when I was doing Keto and they were perfect for the sweet cravings

I've used it a few times. In an Asian-style dish they're great. Haven't ever tried them as a spaghetti replacement.

Just boiled 36 eggs. About to fire up the pit to grill some chicken for the week.

Excellent pasta replacement zero calories. It's an ace.

Have you tried spaghetti squash?

What are some of your favorite Keto diet dishes?
Also, I don't bother with those miracle noodles. I just make some meatballs and sauce using Rao's Tomato Basil as a paste and eater just eat it with romaine hearts or throw a little bit of riced cauliflower in the bowl as filler.

I pretty much eat this every day because it's easy and delicious:
3-4 strips of bacon
4 eggs (stir in almond or coconut milk, then scramble) *add cheese and hot sauce
1 Avocado
2 cups of fresh spinach
*Coconut oil to cook the eggs, and butter to cook the bacon.

This is pretty good and only 5 net carbs, 9/4. Definitely my go to for a couple "tacos/burritos/gorditas" shite I don't know what you call a pita taco.

Joseph's Pitas
For tacos/burritos, I like the Tumaro's wraps, but it seems Rouses stopped carrying them. I used to see them at Causeway, Airline , and downtown locations, but can't find them anywhere now.

So instead of all the crazy arse ways to try and make pizza crust, why not just use the Joseph's Pitas for a personal pizza?

Bus my rouses had stopped carrying them. Went today and saw new tags for them so it seems they may be coming back.
Found similar ones at Wal mart though. Only 60 cals per wrap

The Walmart ones were the OLE Xtreme Wellness? I just picked up a pack of those. Not bad. I like Mama Lupe the best, but the only place I every found those was ordering from Netrition.
