Tacos with collard greens for shells is a good one. They work better than lettuce wraps IMO.

Does cheating every week throw off the ketosis?

Not for me, but I don't go crazy. I will do keto all day and then have a normal size dinner of whatever I want. When I started though I went two or three weeks before I started cheating, because I wanted to make sure I was in ketosis.

It definitely isn't anywhere close to the level of real pasta. However, it serves a purpose to trick your mind into thinking you are really having pasta if it is masked with a sauce. The wife made some home made alfredo on this stuff with shrimp and it was pretty damn good

ETA: Any grocery should carry it as well as Amazon

He asked about Keto. I told him about Keto. This is a low carb/high fat diet for the most part. We don't count calories.

Been doing something similar. Eat whatever everyone else is having for supper and just try to watch my portions. Lost 6.5 lbs the first two weeks.

Wal-Mart has it. It's called sharitaki noodles. It's made from a type of yam

You realize if you don't count calories and go over maintenance calories you will not loose weight correct? Keto is not some magic diet where you can eat how ever much you want and lose weight.
