I’m going to get on this stack, I’ve been feeling like shite lately, age 36. Could be due to have three kids aged 3 and under, plus starting a business, without sleeping much.
My total T was 274
Free T 33.9 pg/ml
shite sleep and lots of stress will absolutely tank your T levels. You still shouldn't be that low at 36 though

Im 44 and my total was 253 on my initial blood work. 3 months later it was at 865. Free went from 8.4 to 23.6. I've felt like a completely different person since starting TRT and can't recommend it enough.

My latest testosterone results came back at 428 ng/dL total and 61 pp/mL free. It seems that these are in the lower end of the normal range for my age (46), but I'm wondering if any of you started on TRT with similar numbers. Its something that I have been thinking about for a few weeks.
The symptoms that I have noticed are brain fog, low sex drive, low energy and hair loss.

I've been off of TRT since the beginning of June.
Just got lab results and semen analysis back.
37 years old.
Test is 525 ng/dl total and 85.3 pg/ml free. Not as bad as I thought it'd be, I was at 225ish when I started TRT in 2023. I am in a hell of a lot better shape now and a lot less bodyfat.
The most exciting news is that my sperm count has gone from nothing living detected to above normal.
I'm taking 25 mg of clomid daily along with boron. The last 2 or 3 weeks are the first couple of weeks I've legit felt good since getting off.

Just curious - why did you get off TRT?

If your numbers stay where they are, will you be getting back on after the impregnation?

Yes, no hesitation there. My libido is way down plus I don't have nearly as much energy and focus at work.

For you guys doing intramuscular injections, Do you do once a week, or split in to twice a week?
I'm almost a month in. I noticed a bit of a fall off after 4-5 days on a single per week. I get bloodwork done in a couple of days to see where i'm at.

Pretty similar to you and started on TRT about 5 weeks ago. How long before you noticed a considerable different in your everyday life? I have noticed an increate in libido and to be honest, that is about it. I am not a workout guy so I haven't seen an increase in my workouts. What I have noticed is that I tend to crash around 3pm and become quite fatigued/exhausted. I went into this with very high expectations and as of right now, I am not seeing the benefit.

My understanding is it takes 9-12 weeks for the average person to really notice the daily benefits after they're dialed in.

Every other day. I try to keep the swings as small as possible. If your doc has prescribed, say 200 mg per week, I'd at the minimum divide that dosage into 100 mg injected twice per week.
The reason I do it every other day is to keep the swings at a minimum and maintain a more consistent level of test in your system.
If you do opt to divide the prescribed dosage into more frequent shots I'd recommend pre-loading a bunch of syringes and having them ready to go.

Yes, doing injections. Once a week at 140. They just increase from 130 after I had a conversation with them.

I am definitely under this time frame, I started August 14th so my shot tomorrow will be my 7th.

Anyone on TRT ever have high blood counts? Doc recommends phlebotomy therapy and said it would probably need to be about every 8 weeks. I'm starting to do some research tonight and wanted to check here also.
40, been on TRT for 2-3 years.
RBC 5.75 (avg range 4.3-5.7) Was 5.26 in June
Hemoglobin 17.2 (avg range 13.7-17) Was 15.5 in June
Hematocrit 50.8 (avg range 40-50) Was 46.5 in June

I haven't donated for drives in a while, I may look into that so I can avoid extra doctor visits and probably save co-pay fees of some sort. I'm AB+ so prior to TRT when I would donate they would always do plasma since AB is universal plasma donor.

I am 36 and in need of a boost to my testosterone levels.
In August my T level was 310 (range 264-916)
I am little worried about relying on T to the point where if I quit my body will no longer recognize the need to produce it. It's a tough commitment.
I also live rural so the nearest clinic is hours away.
Background:
I work out five days a week. I am kinda surprised my levels have dropped but deep down I knew my body plateaued a while back in the gym. I have my most energy in the morning before work and going to the gym then is easy for my lifestyle. I dont even need preworkout.
But once 4pm rolls around I simply feel spent and used-up.
