Get on a linear progression program. You’ll be burning fat while building strength. Starting strength, greyskull, or 5/3/1.
Size is a side effect of strength....

My family has been in that area for pushing two hundred years. Land is getting bought up by out of town folk. I’ve seen price per acre nearly double in the last seven years....

So you incur a loss to lower your taxable amount, then wouldn't that gain on the sell negate the loss? wouldn't you have a higher gain since now your purchase price is lower?...

If you go with sloped paving, You’ll need a tight concrete mix to prevent it from losing its shape as you place it. It’s definitely doable, i think you got it. I can tell you’re skilled from your sealant job.
You could always place rip-rap on the outfall of your slab, with filter fabric undernea...

Blackwood gun club in Conroe has a couple really good sporting clay courses. You don’t need to be a member to shoot there, but it does make it cheaper....
