GCF is having 2 classes each day over the weekend with a limit of 15 in each class. 7:30am & 9:00am: Saturday, Sunday & Monday

I'm going at 9am on Monday.

I usually split stuff up like Cindy, but I want to limit transitions, so I'm going to hold on for a huge pull-up set out of the gate and hit the push-ups and squats that would complete the Cindy rounds.

25 pull-ups? Then I'll do 50 push-ups and 75 squats before heading back to the pull-up bar.

See you there.

I'm probably gonna do a half Murph. When we did 10 minutes of Cindy I hit failure on push ups. I don't think my chest is ready for the volume of a full Murph since I did next to no pushups during lockdown.

I have done a few 1/2 Murphs over the last 2 months. Tried the bigger sets vs. The Cindy style.... small sets always had the best time for me.

Box is running two classes Monday. We have to check in so we don't have too many just show up.

Heats of 10 all morning on Monday.

People have to reserve their spots in advance.

I’ll be doing the 5/10/15 sets like always.

I did 3/4 of Murph this time.

Hulk and I alternated carrying the American Flag the first mile.

I’ll probably add a 1/4 Murph every other week moving forward: 400M 25-50-75 400M and add 1/4 until I consistently finish it in around 9 min or less.

I too did 3/4 Murph but also scaled to jumping Pullups and knee push-ups

46:44

Last year I did a full Murph in something like 1hr 10m so I suppose my place was about the same.

1:16 yesterday

Full Murph straight through with plate carrier

No scaling or partitioning breaking up the rep scheme

As always the 100 straight pull ups destroyed me and my legs are sore today

I did 0 Murph prep or any bodyweight exercises besides running during quarantine so I was not prepared for a full murph again. We did 10 minutes of Cindy our first day back and it wrecked my chest.

Are these pull-ups or "pull-ups"?

That’s a good time for straight through and not breaking it up

I was shooting for under and hour but pull ups slowed me down big time, sets of 3 was probably a bad idea lol should have done doubles.

Not a CrossFit guy but did it today. Broke it up into 3/6/9 and didn’t use a weight vest. Time was 57:00. If it wasn’t for the cost, I’d do more CrossFit. Lots of fun.

Did Cindy sets and vest for a time of 48:27

Pull ups continue to be my weak point. I wasted so much time constantly chalking my hands.
