Impressive time.
Our gym did online sign-up with 8 class max and class times of 8:00, 9:30, 11:00, 12:30.
I signed up for 11:00 and was 2nd CrossFit workout since March 16th (first was yesterday which I was still sore from).
20 lb vest and broke up in to 20 rounds of Cindy. Did all with vest but last 10 round of Cindy. First mile time was 8:14 and 2nd prob around 9:30. Total time of 60:11. Not too proud of it, but have lost a considerable amount of strength like most. PR was 44:22 a few years ago with no vest.

Did it yesterday at the house. Broke the movements up in no organized order. Just kinda did what I felt like I had in me. The squats seemed kinda like a break. I finished in 47 mins.
