Anyone try this? I’ve got severe sweating issues and this stuff has been a life-changer. I used to get dehydrated all the time in summer from sweating so much and now I don’t have that problem. It is definitely salty tasting, but it is better than anything else I’ve ever tried.

I use it since I switched to strictly Carnivore diet. I use one packet in 1 liter of water for my morning workout and then another packet at around 5:00 or 6:00 PM. Works great. I can tell a huge difference.

Been using it for a couple years now. Love it.
I do the 120 count subscription and pause it. Cheaper that way.

Just got Grapefruit in and it's pretty good.

The chocolate flavor is surprisingly good. Mainly will drink it before bed to hydrate and satisfy my sweet tooth.
Only flavor I absolutely cannot stand is the flavorless packet.

Too much sodium and carbs. No thanks

I used it for about a month.
My blood pressure was spiking pretty high. While I’m not afraid of sodium, and I know it’s good for you if you’re active and healthy, my blood pressure needs to be watched. I’m not active enough to take this supplement.

Anyone ever tried the habenaro flavors? I have two leftover from a variety pack. About to order a big box of watermelon salt.

Yeah those whopping 2 grams of carbs are going to throw you out of Ketosis!!!

It could. But why take in carbs if you don’t have to, PLUS a heavy dosage of sodium?
But you do you. I’ll do me. I’ll drink low sodium, sugar free all day long along with water.

Electrolyte replacement products are to be used along with water for hydration. Which means if your working outside for 8 hours, drinking more than 2 of this product will put you over the limit of sodium intake.

Had habanero chili today. Tasted like arse...going to stick with the major flavors
LeBlanc clearly knows little about carbs/sodium intake

There’s no sugar in these.

Leblanc can read and comprehend information from the American Heart Association and carbs. But I’ll play along. School me.

Not sure where carbs are coming into play here.
And on the sodium intake, I think the majority of people drinking this are doing an athletic activity where you will lose a ton of salts through sweat. I know I have caked up salt all over my clothes/body after a bike ride this time of year.

Go on, please. How does this help you see a difference? I cycle the carnivore diet in either 30 or 60 day runs.

The carbs are more than likely from the natural flavoring.
The body needs only a small amount of sodium (less than 500 milligrams per day) to function properly. That’s a mere smidgen — the amount in less than ¼ teaspoon. Very few people come close to eating less than that amount. Plus, healthy kidneys are great at retaining the sodium that your body needs.
The guideline to reduce to 1,500 mg may not apply to people who lose big amounts of sodium in sweat, like competitive athletes, and workers exposed to major heat stress, such as foundry workers and fire fighters, or to those directed otherwise by their healthcare provider. There is some evidence that it could be harmful to certain patients with congestive heart failure.
