It’s not my fault that you apparently can’t comprehend an article from the Cleveland Clinic. On the flip side, please post any link from a reputable research facility ( Johns Hopkins, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland clinic, etc) that supports your claim.

I comprehend it fine, it says salt in some people may raise blood pressure. That's true, some people (not many) can be sodium sensative, but the large majority of the population doesn't have hypertension from sodium, and won't get hypertension from dietary sodium. You'd have to eat an extraordinary amount of sodium consistently to cause sustained hypertension.
Your own article states the same exact thing, but you're a retard so you googled it and read the highlighted part.

This is actually what it states:
Salt sensitivity is most prevalent among people who are middle-aged or elderly, overweight or obese, and African-American. It also tends to become more prevalent as we age.
So literally everyone as they age will be prevalent to salt sensitivity.
Where is your information about excessive salt intake is okay?

I never said this. The word "excessive" is arbitrary and the amounts used by the CDC and other places are incredibly low to be considered excessive
