Intraworkout

What intraworkout do you guys use? Do you mix creatine in with it?

I'll have a sugar free gatorade or powerade sometimes but mostly water. Weekend morning workouts I'll have something with a big shot of caffeine to sip on after cardio. Normal workout for me is a 4 mile run or half hour on the peloton and 45 minutes to an hour lifting 4 times a week.
Results will vary, but science says the majority of workouts your average person does won't see any great benefit from an intraworkout concoction. I'm personally way way bigger into what I eat and drink 1-3 hours before a workout.
Two caveats to my general stance on intraworkouts though:
1. There are hyper responders for near any kind of variation you make in nutrition or activity
2. Whether it's a placebo effect or not, if it helps you mentally or makes your workout more enjoyable, you're more likely to keep working out and doing something you enjoy. So you might as well keep it even if it's for a placebo.

BCAA's and Creatine. Don't care what science says, I go by what I feel works.I workout fasted and this works for me.

I buy peptopro protein and HBCD powder from True nutrition and use the flavoring system from biotest.

Usually do Gatorade powder mixed with BCAAs. For our more anaerobic workouts I'll throw in some dextrose.

Also glycotrix from LINK like a pro looks good. It has Eaa's, bcaa's, some pump stuff and 25g of cyclic dextrin carbs. It's pretty comprehensive

EAAs and powerade. Idk if it does anything but I struggle to hit my carbs anyway

I train 530 am so not going to happen. I like to lift on an empty stomach anyways
