Don't have any experience with this model, but I have the Withings Body Scan scale and I like it. I have compared it against an actual InBody scan and the accuracy was within a couple tenths of a percentage.
I usually see daily variation, +/- 0.5%, but I keep a tracking spreadsheet with a 7 day rolling average to filter out the daily noise.

I have the H20 at home. Had it for a few years. I have tested on it and professional InBody scales over the years. I have learned to not trust either, especially after a professional one showed I gained 5 pounds of body fat in a 1 month time span.
I think you have to weigh in under the exact same parameters each time, or else it gives you a completely different reading. I rarely use the body analysis on my H20 at this point. I only use the scale to do a daily weigh in in the morning now.
I’d be more inclined to spend the money on a DEXA scan.

Hell i would just like a scale that gives a consistently accurate weight reading.
The one we have will be 2 or 3 lbs difference 5 minutes apart.

Just do a DEXA. My local university offers InBody and DEXA for 99 bucks. The InBody comes in 2-3% points below and is not as accurate.

I get that but this thing will go from 3% to 15% day to day. It’s one thing for it to be off a little if it was consistent but that big of a swing is useless information that doesn’t help anything

regular in body gives me very accurate dexa level results but i do it under the exact same conditions every time. I have tested it against dexa 3 times and it was within 0.5 on BF% everytime.

no dexa within an hour drive of me. inbody is $50 everytime
im looking to use it to have really good trend lines, not for a one off.

I compared a Renpho smart scale to InBody and they were pretty damn the same.
