I might shop the gummies later. Powder is easy at home but not so much traveling.

I do think it helps me mentally. I've been taking 6-7 (heaping 5) in the morning.

How do you guys avoid the excess water weight that comes from the high dosage?

I don’t really care about it. It’s not unhealthy weight.

I’m sitting at 202 and 5’10” but around 15-16% body fat.

Additional weight on me would make my gymnastics and cardio workouts suck even more.

The water weight would probably add 5 lbs at most. If you’re getting enough sleep, eating clean, lifting hard, and getting enough steps/cardio you shouldn’t waste your energy thinking about it.

Short answer, this is a natural, very inexpensive, almost universally accepted supplement, I would try it and see if the (hopefully many) benefits outweigh maybe carrying a 2-3 lbs of extra water weight, which shouldn't affect someone with your level of fitness and conditioning that much anyway.

Why have y’all decided to increase the standard dose of 5g? Is there research that shows 10–15g has better efficaciousness than the 5g or is it just experimenting?

The old man is pushing 80. Would he benefit from a small dose? Is there a certain amount of protein intake required to make it effective (more effective).

I’ve been using the naked brand

That's what I use and I have used several over the years. Naked seems to dissolve the best and works for me. I also use their whey isolate and glutamine.

Since reading the studies, I have upped my creatine dosage to 10mg in the morning and evening. I have been giving it to my son (5mg in morning and evening) who has been diagnosed with autism and has some deficits. There are also studies showing connections between deficiencies in brain creatine levels and autism. It's probably just me and my wife, but some fog seems to have lifted from him recently since we started. He's more responsive, talkative, and just more "there." We have been doing a lot of other things, as well, and this just may be another piece of the puzzle.

I may try upping to 10kg to check it out. Been doing 5mg for almost a month now ajd don'tfeel much of a difference. Does anyone else get leg pain? It feels like my hammys are tight. I drink a good bit of water, but maybe not enough?

Also, do you guys cycle or just keep taking it forever?

I'm up to 10g a day, but I split the dosing - 5g mid day, 5g evening. I upped water, too. 8 weeks or so and I haven't noticed much improvement, except a little more energy in the morning.

I'd like info on this as well.

Create Wellness has a sour cherry gummie that I'd like to buy.

Been taking 5g a day for years. I started 10g a day and then after a few weeks, saturation period I guess, I started getting cramps often and my head started hurting around the temple. I think hydration was the issue as I drink water but not enough I guess.
Dropped back down to 5g a day and problems are slowly going away

I have noticed a slight increase in metal focus and definitely more energy. I have also had some cramping issues and explosive shitz occasionally. I am taking 10 in the morning and going to try and extra 5 at dinner time starting next week.

I am also sleeping better than I have in years. Anyone else's sleep improved?

Thinking about increasing my daily dose as well from the normal 5 to 15 or 20.

There was a research paper that came out recently that I believe mentioned how 20 g of creatine daily showed significant improvement in cognition and memory in patient suffering from dementia.

Not that is relevant to me personally, but it’s obviously beneficial for the brain in general

I’ve tried two different brands of the gummies.

First was Force Factor, and I didn’t finish them because they tasted horrible.

I recently purchased Happyummmm which tastes much better, and I don’t have too eat as many as I did with the Force Factor.
