Curious as to what your testosterone levels were when you started getting TRT? Been thinking of TRT for a while now but my levels according to my primary doctor say I’m good.
300 ng/dl total, 5.6 pg/ml free when the doc prescribed it in 2022. I had a history of it being on the lower end. It was sub 250 around 2021. 650ish in 2019.

Gotcha, think he said I was 320’s when I checked this year.

I weighed 155.6 lbs this morning. My goal was to get to 155. I think I'm hovering around 15% bodyfat. My abs are visible most of the day unless I go crazy with food. Will have to buy new clothing if I drop any more weight.
Trying to decide if I want to keep dropping or eat my arse off and crush workouts. The last few months have been pretty miserable. It's been a chore to get through a workout and I've noticed my recovery is a lot slower. Currently eating around 2300 calories/day.
The only things I've gotten better at in the gym are pull ups and dips. My bench press and squat have plummeted. Deadlift has stayed about the same. Cardio is about the same but I'm not getting shin splints or having knee pain when I run a lot.

normally i would say get below 12% and hold but you have been at this a long time. I would slowly reverse diet with most new calories coming the form of protein and ramp up volume of the weights some.

Just seeing your initial post, and this is almost identical to how I’ve gotten where I am. Good stuff brother, congrats. It really is as easy as lifestyle changes and practicing discipline.
I’m close to getting to the 155 mark I set for myself, and like you, I’m questioning whether to start bulking when I get there or tighten up even more before I start increasing intake and strength training. I’m in a pretty deep calorie deficit now and experience some of the same plateauing with heavier lifting, but I’ve been able to retain a lot of muscle mass during the weight loss. Looking forward to a good clean bulk/attempt at maingaining

Not much progress but have gotten down to the weight I want to maintain. I was 151.5 this morning. I think the last time I was this light was 2013. I feel pretty damn good. My lifts have gone down quite a bit for the most part. I'm a beast at pull ups now, though. My max reps today were 28 in a set. I can do 8-10 muscle ups in set.
I can see my top abs all day and my serratus is showing.

Love the stories in here. That positive feedback loop you get into when you see your diligence and suffering pay off cannot be understated.
Keep killin' it ladies and gents!

Same story here. 150.2 this morning. My squat and bench have suffered being in a prolonged deficit, but like you, my dips and pull ups are better ha. I’ve also added a weekly soccer game in a league increasing my zone 4-5 work and raising Vo2 max to 57. I think I’m at 16% BF but am doing a ShapeScale tomorrow morning to track.
Thinking I can sustain this for another few weeks, then it’s off to the races with some slow reverse dieting and heavier weights.
