Only a handful really push themselves when it comes to lifting. However, most have excellent cardio and perform well in the WODs.

As I get older, I need to start adding my bodyweight to the weight on the bar for squats. My 350 top set tonight instantaneously becomes 550.

Did a quick warm up last night and started doing single reps. Stopped at 345. Pretty happy with that at 51 yoa. I think my max in HS was 365ish at 147 3/4 lbs.
