As I get older, I need to start adding my bodyweight to the weight on the bar for squats. My 350 top set tonight instantaneously becomes 550.

Based upon the last time we did sets of 3 with 4 seconds down, the calculator says I can squat 339. We don't have those safety deals like my HS gym had, and I am not interested in dropping the weight from that position, so I may never do a 1 rep max ever again.
