Haven't maxed out since high school, but I get myself up out of a comfy chair after I've been drinking, so my legs are pretty strong.

For those posting, "405lbs for 5 reps, 160lbs", include your height.

To say you can squat that much weight at 5'6" - 5'8" completely invalidates the low bodyweight due to the leverage of having short toddler-limbs.

Who cares? The strongest of the strong look like fatties at first glance. It’s all about personal goals. I try to straddle the fence but I have a lot of respect for baws who train for strength only and squat 750 not caring how they look.

Have fun with your knees. Probably can’t even walk in the marsh you’re so fat. I would bet money you neglect your hips and your knees hurt every time you squat, yet you keep on repping.

Did 400 a few months ago to see if I could. Repped 3 times. My best was 600 back in college
