They ache even when you’re not on your feet? How old are you?

Not my knee but I woke up at 3:00 am last night with serious pain in my forearm. It was so bad I didn’t think I would be able to lift for a while. Went back to sleep and it was fine this morning. No pain at all. I have no idea what that was about.

My knees hurt the most when I’m sitting for longer periods. I have to get up and move around

Lactic acid is causing the knee pain. You might try a tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink it in the morning.

I am middle aged and active. I have knee pain at night frequently. I take ibuprofen and can usually get to sleep within 30 mins. My Doctor prescribed Meloxicam, but I find 2 ibuprofen to be as effective.

I have the same issue. Left forearm in pain when I wake up in the middle of the night but is fine in the morning. I have also woken up with my left arm asleep a few nights in a row.

At least I’m not the only one. I was seriously worried last night.

Funnily enough, my knees ache the most when I don’t squat enough. They’ll throb all day if I sit too long. I have a stand up desk but if I’m traveling, it’s rough.

I think my issue is something nerve or tendon related from carrying around my newborn in my left arm.

Yes, from time to time. I take Aleve when it's really aggravating.

You’re probably entering the age where your meniscus is thinning, also could arthritis. I’ve got it and it sucks arse. I’m not bone on bone yet but in a few years I’ll be getting a knee replacement. Until then cortisone injections and pain relievers if it gets really bad. Best thing for it is exercise - elliptical, bike, and walking.

When you’re older, joints can ache for no reason at random times. Everyone will have a certain degree of osteopenia in their joints when they reach their 60s. Some will have it at a greater degree depending on factors like genetics, weight, etc.

Like another guy on here said, taking long walks is the easiest and best way to preserve knee health. There’s been studies done that show older people who walk more frequently and longer have lower rates of osteopenia compared to those who walk less.

Incrediwear Knee Sleeves

I’ve had arthritis in my knees for years. Treated with injections, NSAIDS, creams, etc. I started wearing these knee sleeves to sleep almost a year ago. They have been a tremendous help. The pain is much more manageable than before.

Delta 8 or 9, sauna, hot tub, swimming, gym, no hard alcohol. Take a hot shower bf bed, be careful with excessive pain reliever. High protein based diet.
