Lactic acid is causing the knee pain. You might try a tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink it in the morning.

Might also replace the gear oil in rear differential. Could be low on fluid. Normally replace every 60-80,000 miles
Red Wing inserts worked the best for me. They warm them in an oven and you stand in them for 2 minutes to adapt to your feet.
Antibiotics in 1996 caused my tinnitus. I used a Bose over the ear headphones at night and listened to classical guitar music to fall asleep. Hearing aids help during work. But you have to learn to adapt and live with it.
I got tinnitus from staying in a hospital for one week. They treated me with large doses of gentamicin which cured my main problem but caused the tinnitus. To sleep at night I hooked up Bose over the ear headphones and play classical guitar music thru my iPod.
