I feel ya. It’s definitely messed up my mornings. Hard to stay up that late multiple nights in a row without a sluggish morning.

Ugh, I'm about 15 minutes away from atarting warmups for day 2. Work went long and the family wanted some attention tonight.

I’m seeing Catholic Warrior Chants on Spotify, I assume that’s the same thing?

The one link he sent is on YouTube but its probably the same.

The channel itself on YouTube is called In Hoc Signo Vinces.

This workout is also giving me some humility gains as I struggle through reverse curls with a tiny amount of weight

I have a ton of respect for guys like you that go through a whole day and still have the drive to work out.

For me, it’s 1st thing in the morning or nothing… too many chances for something to pop up and throw off my routine I guess.

Also, day 4 was intense. Sweatiest workout I’ve had in a long time though that may have been because the AC at the gym was on the fritz lol.

still a day behind the group, but damn my arms and chest feel pumped after W1D3. Weird to not squat everyday

Excited seeing DL on there for D4

D4 was nice. I have to substitute DB pullovers. I usually do standing straight lat pulldowns instead.

Same here. Not as much pump today but moved a lot of weight. Push-ups were too easy. I need to find a good way to add some weight.

Ditto on the sweat although I’m in a garage style gym. My forearms were toast after the third set of DL to farmers walk

W1D3 in the books. Yesterday kicked my butt with squats and I hadn’t had much to eat all day. Limped through day 2 but felt a lot better today. My Powerblocks were delivered today just in time for a lot of db work. Day 4 tomorrow!

Good lord my week has been jacked up. Just finally did W1 D2 right after lunch today.

Those BB reverse curls were rough as frick on my elbow. I felt weak on the squats and my motivation was straight shite.

Hopefully, I'm in the right frame of mind tomorrow.

Anything with a straight bar kills my elbow. Invested in an EZ curl bar even for reverse and it’s so much better

Y’all need to get a neutral grip bar and ez curl bar, elbow saver

My week is screwed up, did 2 days and now wife has pneumonia and I am under the weather too pretty bad. Will be behind cause I got to get to feeling better.

I have an EZ curl. I'll sub it in next time.

I liked the Tate press. I'll go a little heavier next time.

Sleep, diet, and sleep again screwed up by airports and delays and rebooking and more delays. Gonna try to sleep in and crush my makeup day tomorrow (w1d3) at the hotel and then find a sports bar to watch the afternoon games with a juicy arm pump.

Everyone should have an ezcurl bar!

//update: gym had only 50lb dbs so I just did every set of bench/shoulder press/shrug to close to failure with them. Good arse workout!
